Kareena Kapoor Khan's strong female lead alongside Bollywood's top heroes is set to roar in Singham Again.
Kareena Kapoor Khan kicked off 2024 on a high note with Crew. Released on the big screen in March, the film went on to become one of the biggest hits of this year. In the film, in an effort to save their financially struggling airline, Kareena, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon portray flight attendants who get involved in a scheme to smuggle gold to a made-up Middle Eastern nation. There may be a sequel in the works, according to producers Ektaa R. and Rhea Kapoor.
During an interview with Variety, Kareena expressed her belief that Crew should be the subject of a sequel. It was a fun and refreshing take on strong female characters who stood up for what they believed in and used their intellect to make a difference. The film was merely entertaining and not meant to convey any message. The actor believes ladies, families, and people went and appreciated and supported the film, and that's why she thinks it did well.
Meanwhile, Kareena describes Singham Again as a completely male testosterone movie that is part of Rohit Shetty's cop world, which also includes Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, and Tiger Shroff. She further shared that both Deepika Padukone and she have substantial roles in the film. According to the actor, she is confident people will enjoy it because it is the biggest Bollywood event of the year and will undoubtedly be unusual.
