Tagged as the 'deserving winner,' Karan Veer and Sidharth Shukla were compared to one another in more ways than one. They happened to be the only two Bigg Boss winners who won Salman Khan's show right after picking up the trophy for Rohit Shetty-hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi. Karan Veer Mehra on comparisons with Sidharth Shukla

Karan Veer Mehra is delighted to hear the comparisons between him and Sidharth Shukla. He praised the late actor in front of media and stated that he was a good friend, even though they didn't get to spend a lot of time together. "Woh dil ka bohut bada insaan tha," Karan said about Sidharth.

Sidharth Shukla gave newbie Karan Veer Mehra his bike to ride

Karan Veer wanted to pose in front of Sidharth's bike for his portfolio. He requested his friend if he could do so. Recalling a sweet gesture by Sidharth, Karan said that the late actor came downstairs with the key to his bike to the newbie and asked him to click photos while riding it on Malad back road. "Itni mehengi bike agar koi aise dost ko dede toh aap samajh sakte ho dil kitna bada tha uska," he said. Missing Sidharth, Karan wished he could share the trophy win moment with him.

Karan Veer Mehra, the dark horse of Bigg Boss 18

Eventually, Karan Veer ended up being the dark horse of Bigg Boss 18. Vivian was touted as the laadla of the show but ended up losing to Karan last minute, thus becoming the first runner-up instead. Before Bigg Boss 18, Karan was the winner of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.
