Producer Hombale Films just made the entire soundtrack, including Singara Siriye and Varaha Roopam Daiva Va Rishtam, among others, available to stream
Did you fall in love with the music – both songs and background score – of Rishab Shetty’s Kantara? Composer B Ajaneesh Loknath’s magical, or rather divine, tunes are now only a click away. Moments ago, Hombale Films, the producers of Kantara announced that the full list of songs are now available to stream on all major platforms, including Gaana, Spotify, Youtube, JioSaavn, Hungama, Amazon Music, Wynk, Resso and iTunes.
You can tune in to the songs below:
The songs that you can now play on repeat mode are Singara Siriye, sung by Vijay Prakash and Ananya Bhat, Rebel Song by Mime Ramdas and Rishab Shetty, Karma Song by Venkatesh DC, Varaha Roopam Daiva Va Rishtam by Sai Vignesh and Vaa Porulaya by Mime Ramdas.
Prior to the release of the film, the makers had only revealed the romantic number Singara Siriye, and since Kantara came out, there have been unofficial uploads of the music, especially Varaha Roopam Daiva Va Rishtam, which may have prompted the team to give audiences the real deal.
Kantara, which released in theatres on September 30, has been running to packed houses in pretty much every movie hall it is at. In fact, it has been setting records as far as collections go for a Kannada film in other markets too. Kantara had been released in Kannada only with English subtitles. Given the immense appreciation it has received so far, the makers are currently in the process of preparing the dubbed versions in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam, which will be in movie halls by the end of the week. Prior to the release, Rishab was bullish about releasing the film in Kannada only, as he believed that rooted stories ought to be enjoyed in their native tongue. For OTT, however, he said the film would be dubbed at a later stage. The demand for dubbed versions, though, had them advance these plans.
