Kannada actor Kiran Raj, who shot to fame as a lead actor wth Buddies (in Kannada) is set to enthrall a new set of audiences with his Telugu debut Vikram Goud. Presented by Kumari Sai Priya under Maheswara Pictures, the film is bankrolled by Kanidarapu Rajesh and P Usharani. Vikram Goud is written and directed by Paasam Narasimha Rao. The film is a Kannada-Telugu bilngual in which Kiran Raj is paired opposite Deepika Singh.
Commemorating Kiran Raj's birthday (July 5), the makers of Vikram Goud have released a new poster from the film. In this poster, Kiran Raj is seen in a rugged avatar where he's holding a beedi while giving an intense expression. The team says the poster has received a favourable response from viewers. The buzz for the teaser and the other posters have helped the team's cause.
Posani Krishna Murali is cast in a key role in this romance cum action entertainer, for which Lottipali Ramakrishna is the co-producer and Pamaraju Janaki Rama Rao is the executive producer. While Mantra Anand is on board for the music score, Raghavendra B Kolari is the cinematographer. JP is the editor. The makers have confirmed that the final schedule of this film will commence soon.
For the uninitiated, Kiran Raj is a popular face on the small screen, having made an impact with Hindi TV shows like Heroes, Love by Chance, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Tu Aashiqui. Monty Shetty, his character in Tu Aashiqui, in particular, received a lot of attention from viewers. After making a mark in Hindi television, he later moved to Bengaluru and was part of the reality show Life Super Guru.
