The shooting of Kanguva is now happening in Rajahmundry. According to sources, the cast and crew will shoot there for the next four weeks. After that have also planned shoots in some foreign locations. The production is expected to be completed by end of the October.

Kanguva is the most expensive movie in Suriya's career. Written and directed by Siva, the movie stars Disha Patani as the female lead.

After Kanguva, Suriya will start working on director Sudha Kongara's next. The upcoming project also reportedly stars Dulquer Salmaan in a key role. However, there is no official confirmation yet.
