Trisha - who has been racing ahead at the box office this year with Ponniyin Selvan, The Road and Leo - is the latest to join the cast of Kamal Haasan-Mani Ratnam’s highly anticipated project, tentatively titled KH234.
The actress took to her social media handles to share the exciting news. “Blessed when dreams come true multiple times. Thrilled to collaborate again with the legend powerhouses Mani sir and Kamal sir in KH234. Thank you universe,” she wrote. Along with Trisha, the makers revealed that actor Dulquer Salmaan will be part of the much-awaited film.

Ahead of Kamal’s 69th birthday on November 7, the makers of KH234 are ready to share more information about the project. A title announcement teaser for the movie will be released on November 6, revealing what to look forward to in the special reunion of Kamal and Mani.
KH234’s cast and crew
KH234 is bankrolled by Kamal, Mani, R Mahendran and Siva Ananth, under Raaj Kamal Films International, Madras Talkies and Red Giant Movies. The film’s music is composed by AR Rahman. While the camera is handled by Ravi K Chandran, Sreekar Prasad is in charge of editing and Anbarivu will choreograph the stunts.

KH234 marks the reunion of the iconic actor-director duo after 36 years of anticipation. KH234 comes after their last blockbuster film Nayakan. The upcoming film’s genre is under wraps. However, with stunt duo Anbariv (aka Anbumani) and Arivumani (Leo, Vikram), the film is expected to be action-packed.
