Kalki 2898 AD has become one of the highest grossing films in Indian cinema history. Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan play the key roles in this Nag Ashwin directorial, while Kamal Haasan plays the villain. The most recent reports indicate that the sci-fi film with an epic setting will soon be available on streaming services. According to reports, the movie will be available on Amazon Prime Video starting on August 23 in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil.
As previously reported, Netflix has acquired Kalki 2898 AD's Hindi OTT rights for an astounding sum of money ahead of its theatrical release. Regional releases of the movie, such as the Telugu original and the dubbed Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions, will only be available on Amazon Prime Video. According to reports, the Hindi version should also be accessible on Netflix on August 23.

With its global receipts, Kalki 2898 AD became the first Indian film to ever surpass the illustrious Rs 1000 crore milestone. The makers of the film decided to extend its theatrical run in every state due to the positive word-of-mouth publicity and growing demand from viewers.
The movie takes place in the year 2898 AD in the dystopian city of Kashi, where the world of COMPLEX is ruled by the formidable Supreme Yaskin. The central question of the film is how the Kalki universe is related to the Mahabharata. A sequel to the film is currently in development. It is highly acclaimed for being a technically outstanding movie with ideas and shots never seen in an Indian movie before.
Despite having a slow storyline, the visually appealing action sequences with a cast that includes actors from various film industries make this a worthwhile big-screen viewing experience.
