Kalki 2898 AD ticket prices hiked in AP

As per the latest update, the new government in AP has given permission to hike the ticket rates of Kalki in the first two weeks of its release. This practice of hiking ticket rates was stopped by the YCP government. But ever since Chandrababu came into power, things have changed, and the hike in ticket rates has been allowed.

Kalki 2898 AD ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh

Now, as per the latest update, Rs 75 has been hiked on the ticket price for the single screens and Rs 100 for the multiplexes. So, each multiplex ticket now costs Rs 399, inclusive of all taxes. This hike in ticket prices will give the film a great push at the box office.

As the makers have spent a bomb on the film, they have requested the government increase the ticket price. Back in Telangana, the practice of ticket hikes during the time of release has been on for a long time.

The bookings in the city of Hyderabad are on fire, and the trade is expecting close to Rs 50 crore share on day one in Telugu states. If Kalki achieves this feat, it will be a record for a Telugu film to date. Vijay Deverakonda, Rana Daggubati, and Dulquer Salmaan will be seen in cameos in this film.

Nag Ashwin directed Kalki 2898 AD, and his father-in-law and legendary producer, Aswini Dutt, produced the film on a massive budget of Rs 350 crore. Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan will be seen in key roles in this film, with music by Santhosh Narayanan.
