Kakuda - Trailer of Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh’s horror-comedy to be out on THIS date

Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh, and Saqib Saleem are gearing up for their upcoming horror-comedy - Kakuda. The film is directed by Munjya fame Adiya Sarportdar and has been making headlines since its announcement. After releasing the teaser and character posters, the makers of the film have finally announced the trailer release date of the film.

When will the Kakuda trailer be unveiled?

Today, on July 1, the makers announced the trailer release date of the much-awaited spooky comedy film, Kakuda. After a long wait, the trailer of the film will finally be unveiled tomorrow, i.e. on July 2, 2024.

Taking to her official social media account, Sonakshi Sinha shared a teaser of the film that will give you goosebumps. She captioned the post - "Agar Mangalvaar, shaam 7:15 baje, darwaza khula nahi rakha toh... Mardon ko Kakuda se koi bachaa nahi payega! The trailer comes out tomorrow! #AbMardKhatreMeinHai #Kakuda premiering on 12th July, only on #ZEE5"

What is the plot of Kakuda?

Set in a small village named Ratodi in Uttar Pradesh's Mathura district, Kakuda is a spine-chilling yet hilarious tale. The story revolves around a curse that is held on for years in Ratodi. Every house in the village has two doors, one normal and the other one is a little smaller than that. The small door must be open every Tuesday at 7.15 PM sharp otherwise the men of that family will face Kakuda's wrath.

Earlier, talking about the film, the director had said, "It's a challenging task to make viewers simultaneously scared and amused, but with Kakuda, I am confident that we have hit the right chord yet again."

Kakuda will be released on ZEE5 on July 9, 2024. You can also watch the film on OTTplay Premium with the subscription.
