For the uninitiated, this spooky-comedy stars Sonakshi Sinha as Indira and Gomati. Riteish Deshmukh as the Ghost Hunter Victor while Saqib Saleem plays the role of Indira's fiance, Sunny. The story of the film revolves around the small town of Ratodi which is haunted by Kakuda. If any of the villagers forget to keep one of the two doors of their house open at 7.15 PM every Tuesday, the men of the family will have to face the wrath of Kakuda.

Sonakshi Sinha made her horror-comedy debut with this film and talking about the same the actress told The Indian Express that when she got the script she found the film to be a fun read. She said that she was entertained while reading the film's script. She added, "Although I don’t like horror films, there was so much humour in this film. Aditya (Sarpotdar) is someone who has understood this genre so well. I think his grasp on it is fantastic."
