The actors have reportedly replaced Aayush Sharma and Zaheer Iqbal in the movie, which also stars Pooja Hegde.
Fans of Salman Khan might have to wait longer to catch a show of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali as the shoot of the film has reportedly been delayed again due to the change in casting. There are reports suggesting that Salman’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma, who had a major role in the film, has walked out of the movie. The co-star, Zaheer Iqbal who made his debut in the entertainment industry with the film Notebook is said to be no longer a part of the film.
The casting issues are creating further delay in the production of the film, which was already underway. But the makers are looking for some quick fixes and are considering Abhimanyu Desai and Meezaan Jafri of Malaal and Hungama 2 fame to replace Aayush and Zaheer for the two important roles in the film.
According to Bollywood Hungama, if these reports are to be believed, the film's producers may also face issues with the dates of the actor.

Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali was supposed to hit theatres on December 30, however, due to a recasting, the film's release date may be pushed back.
The film has faced several challenges in its making. Following the departure of Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is now being produced by Salman. Pooja will play the film's female protagonist alongside Salman. Venkatesh, Shehnaaz Gill, and Raghav are also said to be involved in the project. Devi Sri Prasad will create the soundtrack for the project, which will be directed by Farhad Samji.
