Jyotika plays his wife, Omana The movie features a stellar star cast, including Sudhi Kozhikode, Anagha Maya Ravi, Muthimani Somasundaram, Chinnu Chandni, late Kalabhavan Haneef, Joji John, and others in supporting roles. Kaathal The Core is produced by the leading man himself, under his home banner, Mammootty Kampany.
