Kaalkoot is an upcoming web series that stars Vijay Varma and Shweta Tripathi Sharma in the lead roles, along with Seema Biswas, Yashpal Sharma, Gopal Datt and Suzanna Mukherjee in supporting roles. The series is directed by Sumit Saxena, who has previously written Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Doctor G. Plot:
Kaalkoot follows the life of a driven police officer, played by Vijay Varma, who is balancing his professional and personal obligations while trying to solve an acid assault case. The series promises to be a suspenseful crime drama with a touch of satire.

After his brilliant performances in Darlings, She, Dahaad and Lust Stories 2, Vijay Varma is the new talent in Bollywood who is making headlines every now and then. The actor will be seen in a cop's role for the first time in Kaalkoot. He has previously worked with Shweta Tripathi Sharma in Mirzapur. Shweta Tripathi Sharma is known for her versatile roles in films like Masaan, Haraamkhor and Gone Kesh. She will be playing the wife of Vijay Varma's character in Kaalkoot.
