BTS' Jungkook has captivated fans, known as ARMY, with his latest solo single, promising a seven-day journey of happiness. Titled 'SEVEN,' this official music release marks a significant milestone for the sixth member of BTS. The track features American rapper and singer Latto, while Jungkook portrays a passionate lover alongside Korean actress Han So-hee.

The Music Video (MV) Concept:

'SEVEN' revolves around the theme of love and cherished moments spent with a significant other. Jungkook aptly describes the song as an addictive melody with warm acoustic guitar sounds, blending elements of the 'UK garage' genre. Considered a "summer song," 'SEVEN' showcases Jungkook's charms in a fresh light. It serves as his first foray into this particular genre, and the youngest member of BTS effortlessly excels, leaving ARMY impressed with his versatility.

The music video begins with Jungkook and Han So-hee portraying a couple embroiled in an argument at a restaurant. Throughout the song, Jungkook employs various tactics to win her back, passionately declaring, "Night after night, I'll be loving you right!" He further serenades, "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Seven days a week. Every hour, every minute, every second, you know, night after night, I'll be loving you right!"

The MV beautifully captures the narrative of a lover's pursuit, showcasing Jungkook's determination and heartfelt and funny expressions as he strives to reconcile with his partner. The emotional yet hilarious journey portrayed in the video resonates with fans, emphasizing the song's central theme of love and the desire to cherish each moment.

JK had described the song saying, "I have to do this'. There aren't many songs I've been hooked on as soon as I heard it, but it was really good."

He added, "It is a passionate serenade with lyrics about wanting to be with the person you love all week long.”

Talking about his collaboration with Latto, he said, Latto is featured in this song and the colours of her are well incorporated into this song, so I think the charm of this song has gone up many notches.”

JK will be performing at the GMA Concert Series to kick off the promotions for 'SEVEN'.
