Crooned by Sunidhi Chauhan and Mohammed Irfan, the latest track makes you nostalgic.
Jubilee song Itni Si Hai Dastaan
Jubilee, directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, is the latest blockbuster show on Prime Video. Starring Aparshakti Khurana, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sidhant Gupta, Aditi Rao Hydari, Prosenjit Chatterjee and Ram Kapoor, the OTT series showcases the rise of Bollywood and the reality behind the camera. Post the release of both parts of the digital show, the makers have dropped a new romantic track titled Itni Si Hai Dastaan, which is crooned by Sunidhi Chauhan and Mohammed Irfan. Composed by Amit Trivedi, the lyrics are penned by Kausar Munir.
The latest track chronicles how a moving video song used to be shot during the 50s and 60s and what kind of process the filmmakers, crew and actors used to follow. Moving on, the song also follows budding feelings between the two main leads of the song.
Wamiqa as the actress in the film can be seen star-struck on the sets by Aparshakti, the current superstar of the Bombay Film Industry during the golden era. Meanwhile, the latter can also be seen reciprocating the aspiring actress' feelings. Both of them even share a kiss behind the camera on the film set.
Makers dropped the song with a special caption that reads, "The lyrics say it all, lose yourself to it already #ItniSiHaiDastaan Watch #JubileeOnPrime, all episodes out now! About - In a newly independent India, a studio boss, his movie-star wife, a trusted aide, a nautch girl and a refugee will have their paths cross in their pursuit of stardom and riches. (Sic)."
