The battle between Jigra and Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video—both of which were released on Friday, October 11—has fallen short of expectations, with both films failing to draw the crowds they anticipated. While the Raaj Shaandilyaa-directed film has a slight upper hand, it's still nowhere near being a box-office success. Jigra Box Office Collection – Day 4

Despite the hype surrounding Jigra the film has struggled to bring in audiences. While Vasan Bala’s involvement piqued some interest, mixed reviews have kept a significant portion of potential viewers away from the cinema halls. On its first Monday, Jigra failed to see any significant improvement, earning an estimated Rs 1.50 crore, according to Sacnilk’s early estimates. This brings the film’s total to Rs 17.97 crore over four days. The Alia Bhatt starrer opened with Rs 4.5 crore on Friday, saw some growth on Saturday with Rs 6.5 crore, but experienced a dip on Sunday, earning Rs 5.47 crore.

Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video Box Office Collection – Day 4

Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri’s Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video has had its share of negative press, which stirred up some buzz. The film is slightly ahead of Jigra in the race but still falls short of being deemed a success. On Monday, the film earned an estimated Rs 2.25 crore, bringing its total collection to Rs 21.05 crore over four days. The Raaj Shaandilyaa-directed movie opened with Rs 5.5 crore on Friday, followed by Rs 6.9 crore on Saturday and Rs 6.4 crore on Sunday.

Now that the films have entered their first full week in theaters, their box office performance is likely to dip unless they manage to attract more footfall.
