Today is a big day for Shah Rukh Khan and his fans. In the morning, the 57-year-old treated his well-wishers with an action-packed Jawan trailer. Soon after the trailer was dropped on the internet, it spread like wildfire on social media handles.

Popular celebrities from the Indian film fraternity hailed the trailer. Some even predicted that the upcoming movie would be a ‘blockbuster’.

At first, popular comedian Kapil Sharma expressed on X (formerly known as Twitter), “What a mind-blowing trailer of #Jawan. Lots of love and best wishes to @iamsrk bhai and the entire team of Jawan. Can’t wait for 7th September.”

Popular YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani on Twitter said, “Yaar maza aa gaya #Jawan ka trailer dekh ke SRK aur Atlee ki jodi matlab tabahi I can’t wait damn excited (Dad showed me an old Hindi film and told me it's loosely based on it, now I am not sure if it is ITS GONNA BE A BLOCKBUSTER)”

Eminent filmmaker Karan Johar on Instagram called this movie a ‘blockbuster’ just weeks before the release of the film. Varun Dhawan, a popular Bollywood actor, too appreciated the movie.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Instagram post – which promotes the newly launched trailer – has been liked by Bollywood biggies namely Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, and Vicky Kaushal as well.

About the movie

Directed by South Indian filmmaker Atlee, Jawan promises to be an action-packed movie starring Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in key roles. This film is slated to be released theatrically on September 7.
