Jawan has been making and breaking records ever since the advance bookings of the film opened. From that moment on till its first weekend, the movie has set benchmarks. There are times when Jawan has broken SRK’s highest grossing film so far, Pathaan’s Box Office record. Rs. 500 crores in four days is just another feather in the cap.

Rs 500 crores globally in four days
Jawan is the fastest grossing film on the global scale. The movie has earned Rs. 500 crores within four days of its release. According to a report on Box Office India, the film has earned Rs. 538 crores so far.
Rs 75 crores net on day 1
In this sense, Jawan beat Pathaan. The movie earned Rs. 75 crores on day 1 while Pathaan had minted Rs. 50 crores on its opening day.
Jawan competes with Pathaan globally
Shah Rukh Khan is literally his own competition here. His previous movie Pathaan was the first to cross Rs. 100 crores on day 1 at the global Box Office. Jawan followed suit and interestingly, both the movies released in the same year, 2023.
Worked in dubbed versions too
Jawan is the first ever Hindi film to have worked in its dubbed versions too. The movie earned Rs. 35 crores in its dubbed versions alone.
Advance booking
The craze started with the advance booking itself. The movie sold out more than 28,75,961 tickets in advanced booking itself. This is after the sales started from 50,000 tickets on its third of advance booking opening. Once Shah Rukh Khan announced that the bookings are now open, fans made sure the shows went houseful.
Fan craze
The fan craze for Jawan was on a whole new level this time. Fans booked entire theatres so that Jawan goes houseful. The advance bookings also went houseful even when the ticket prices went up to more than Rs. 1100.
One of Atlee’s highest worldwide grosser
Atlee found another highest worldwide grosser in Jawan. His previous movie Bigil, with actor Vijay, is still his highest grossing movie worldwide. The film had crossed Rs. 300 crores in the global market.
