Jawan actor Vijay Sethupathi to join forces with Ram Charan soon

Jawan actor Vijay Sethupathi is set to share screen space with Telugu superstar Ram Charan soon.

Telugu superstar Ram Charan is all set to share screen space with actor Vijay Sethupathi in his next project, which has been tentativelky titiled RC 16. The movie will be hellemed by director Buchi Babu Sana of Upeana fame and it will have music from Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman. Although an official confirmation on the same is still awaited.

Ram Charan, however, is currently on a paternity break after he and his wife, Upasana Konidela, joyfully welcomed their first daughter into the world last month. The couple recently revealed the baby's name as Klin Kaara Konidela.

Ram Charan is expected to resume shooting for Game Changer soon. Written and directed by filmmaker Shankar, the movie boasts a significant budget and is being produced under Dil Raju's home production banner. Although the production is progressing swiftly, the completion of the film was slightly delayed due to Shankar's simultaneous commitment to the highly anticipated project Indian 2, starring Kamal Haasan. Shankar's fallout with the producers, Lyca Productions, caused a temporary halt in the production of Indian 2, leading him to fulfil his commitment to the film while fully invested in Game Changer.

The release date for Game Changer is yet to be announced.

In the meantime, Vijay Sethupathi is waiting for the release of Jawan . The movie stars Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role and is written and directed by Atlee. Vijay Sethupathi plays the main antagonist in this highly anticipated film, which also stars Nayanthara, Priyamani, and Sanya Malhotra in significant roles. Jawan is among the most-awaited movies of 2023 and is scheduled to hit theatres on September 7.
