Tiger Shroff and Janhvi Kapoor were trying to work together on various projects in the past. They are finally collaborating for Rambo remake. The two are friends since a long time and they are beyond thrilled to finally collaborate on the professional front, a report on Pinkvilla suggests.

Where were Tiger and Janhvi going to work?

Janhvi was supposed to star opposite Tiger in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The role eventually went to Aaliya F. Tiger and Janhvi were also supposed to work together in Jagan Shakti’s untitled action thriller but that too did not pan out because of their conflict in schedule.

Other details about Rambo remake

The Rambo remake is expected to go on floors in January 2024 after Tiger wraps up Jagan Shakti’s film and Janhvi works on Jr. NTR’s Devara. Rambo remake will be filmed across Europe. Till the time, Tiger will undergo rigorous training, involving weaponry, under the guidance of international experts. “Siddharth Anand, Rohit Dhawan and their team have passionately been working on this project and have crafted a beautiful adaptation of Rambo in an Indian context,” a source told the portal.

Tiger will be stepping into the shoes of the iconic character of John J. Rambo, which has been immortalized by Sylvester Stallone. The makers promise that Tiger has trained to match the standards set by the Hollywood star. The film is expected to release in 2025.
