Janhvi Kapoor on her upcoming movies: I have just been doing the kind of roles that excite me

The actor, who is awaiting the release of Mili and Good Luck Jerry, has now opened up about how she is grateful for being a part of these movies.

Janhvi Kapoor, who has only appeared in four movies so far, interestingly has as many movies lined up in the works. The actor has now opened up about her upcoming movies Mili, Good Luck Jerry and Bawaal and how it is to have multiple movies in the works.

Talking to Pinkvilla, Janhvi said that it feels like a lot of pressure but she is grateful to be a part of these projects and that they are all special to her.

“Honestly, I have just been doing the kind of roles that excite me. I can't wait for the audience to see what Jerry (Good Luck Jerry) and Mili have in store for them," she told the publication.

Janhvi is currently shooting for Nitesh Tiwari’s Bawaal in Europe. Co-star Varun Dhawan took to social media recently to share photos from Poland to announce that another schedule of the movie has wrapped.

Mili on the other hand, is the Hindi remake of the Malayalam movie titled Helen, starring Anna Ben in the lead. The survival drama is produced by her father, Boney Kapoor, making it the first time the father-daughter duo have teamed up for a project. Director Mathukutty Xavier, who helmed the original, is also heading the Hindi remake.

Janhvi, who was last seen in Roohi, is currently awaiting the release of Good Luck Jerry, which is the Hindi remake of the Tamil movie Kolamavu Kokila, starring Nayanthara in the lead. The remake is set to start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar on July 29.

The actor has also begun the production of Mr And Mrs Mahi co-starring Rajkummar Rao, which is backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
