Mirnaa; with Rajinikanth on Jailer's set
Mirnaa, who played the daughter-in-law to Rajinikanth's character in Jailer, won the hearts of film buffs. Though he appears only in a few scenes, the character was established properly and was noted for its importance in the film's story. A few days before the movie's release, she posted a picture along with the Superstar on her social media page.

Now, she has penned a heartfelt note thanking director Nelson for trusting her and the media for their support. According to her, the blockbuster action drama is the most important project in her life.
She said that acting along with Rajinikanth is a dream come true for many, and that she could achieve it a little soon in her career. The 35 days she spent with the star offered her several lessons and she is ever grateful for the same.
Mirnaa is also elated with the love she has been garnering from people ever since the release of Jailer. She spoke about her excitement at the film's success meet which was held in Chennai the other day. The actress was spotted along with Nelson, Vasanth Ravi and Redin Kingsley at the affair.
Jailer marks the actress' fifth outing in Tamil after Pattathaari, Kalavani Mappillai, Burqa and Anantham. While the first two were theatrical releases, the latter two had direct releases on aha Tamil and Zee5 respectively. The actress, who has been part of Malayalam and Telugu projects, said a while ago that she doesn't want to be confined to one film industry.

The movie has grossed around 500 crores worldwide. The film is on its way to becoming the highest-grosser in Tamil Nadu, surpassing Vikram. Ponniyin Selvan 1 is the only hurdle ahead to achieve the unthinkable.
