Jailer actor Shiva Rajkumar is most humble, says veteran actor Tanikella Bharani

Shiva Rajkumar is currently trending big-time following his dynamic cameo appearance in Nelson's Jailer. The Hattrick Hero made his Tamil debut with the film and also found the opportunity to share the screen with one of his idols, superstar Rajinikanth, for the very first time in his 37-year-long career. With this popularity flanking him, Shivanna has reportedly been approached for full-fledged roles in a couple of Tamil films and should things fall into place, he will another feather in his already vibrant cap.

Similarly, Shiva Rajkumar remains one of the most sought-after actors back home in Karnataka with numerous projects in his kitty. One of them is Yogaraj Bhat's Karataka Damanaka which boasts an exciting ensemble including dance maestro Prabhudeva, Nishvika Naidu, Priya Anand and others. Also part of the cast is legendary Telugu writer and actor Tanikella Bharani who sung high praise for Shivanna at the recent press meet.

"I must thank the producer and also director Yogaraj Bhat for casting me in the film. As soon as I heard that I will be part of the Mungaru Male director's film, I thought to myself, this is the greatest opportunity. And Shivanna, I have never seen such a humble hero anywhere. Thank you, Shivanna. Prabhudeva, of course, I have worked with him on many films and also acted under his direction. He's a really friendly and naughty director," said Tanikella Bharani who also revealed that he dedicated 30 days to Karataka Damanaka, making it the longest stint so far in his career.

The film, of course, would be the veteran actor's return to Kannada cinema after a gap of 23 years, with his last outing being Naga Devathe. He has also acted in multiple Telugu and Hindi films in the past.

Coming to Shivanna, the actor will be next seen in MG Srinivas' Ghost which is likely to arrive in cinemas this Dasara. He also has Arun Matheswaran's Captain Miller wherein he plays Dhanush's titular role's older brother.
