The makers of Malayalam latest film, Jai Ganesh, dropped an update over the Unni Mukundan-starrer’s theatrical release in GCC countries. They confirmed that the movie will hit the big screen on April 18. The booking details are to be unveiled soon by the makers, who expect to draw in a decent number of audiences to the theatres.
On April 11, the superhero fantasy film and two other eagerly awaited Malayalam films, Varshangalkku Shesham (directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan) and Aavesham (starring Fahadh Faasil) were released. The young Malayalam star plays a disabled artist in the film, which was written and directed by Ranjith Sankar. Mahima Nambiar, Jomol, and Ashokan are among the supporting cast of the movie.

Audiences have been giving the film positive reviews in theatres. For those who are unaware, the story of Jai Ganesh centres on a gifted artist who suffers an accident that leaves him paralysed below the waist.
With Jai Ganesh, Unni Mukundan gave the best performance of his career to date. However, the film is currently having trouble standing out among the other Vishu releases. Despite its shortcomings, this Ranjith Sankar-directed movie is genuinely quite captivating. The length of Jai Ganesh is its greatest feature. With a running time of just two hours and five minutes, the Unni Mukundan-starrer is brisk and intriguing.

Sources claim that Unni Munkundan is portraying Ganesh Gangadharan, a paraplegic designer who battles his inner demons and longs for normal treatment among the hordes of sympathetic onlookers. The film's creators claim that Jai Ganesh is juxtaposed against fantastical elements, appealing to viewers of all ages.
It is "an extremely challenging script that runs through reality and imagination," according to Ranjith. Unni Mukundan had previously disclosed that the role he plays in the movie is among the most difficult ones he has taken on to date in his career. The movie is a superhero picture with elements of both fantasy and reality.
