It's official! Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to clash with Ajay Devgn's Singham Again, Anees Bazmee confirms

Anees Bazmee has officially reconfirmed that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will not be postponing its release from its Diwali slot.

Kartik Aaryan starrer 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' and Ajay Devgn starrer 'Singham Again' are two of the biggest and most-anticipated films of the year. While the release of these films is highly awaited by the fans, both of these films are supposed to hit the theatres in Diwali. However, there have been reports that Anees Bazmee and the team decided to change the release date of their film to avoid the box office clash. The director has now spoken up about the same and mentioned that they will stick to their Diwali slot.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again releasing on Diwali

Kartik Aaryan starrer horror-comedy is set to release on the big screens on its originally scheduled release date and the makers are not concerned about the box office clash.

In a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, filmmaker Anees Bazmee said that their film is releasing on November 1. He was quoted as saying, “Sir, I never planned such a thing in my life, and I don’t feel birthday is a special day. But this birthday will be special because my film will be going out into the world with its message of happiness and laughter. The need of the hour is laughter, and I hope we’ve delivered."

Further, talking about the film, Bazmee said that the third installment of Bhool Bhulaiyaa is a larger-than-life movie with music, laughter, and songs. He added, "This work has been very, very hard and a very good job has been done. Technically it is a very good film, special effects are going to be something to watch for.”

Along with Kartik Aryan, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 also stars Vidya Balan Triptii Dimri, and Madhuri Dixit, among others. For the uninitiated, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was the first successful film post pandemic times raking in Rs. 185 crore at the box office.

On the other hand, Singham Again is Rohit Shetty's Highly-anticipated film of 2024. Along with Ajay Devgn, the film also stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff among others. The film is all set to release in cinemas on the occasion of Diwali.
