It’s a wrap for Rashmika’s Bollywood debut Mission Majnu

It’s a wrap for Rashmika’s Bollywood debut Mission Majnu

After her Hindi single from the album Top Tucker, Rashmika Mandanna is making her Hindi debut with Mission Majnu. The actress took to her Twitter handle today to inform her eager fans about the completion of her first Bollywood project. She retweeted a post of the film’s producer Amar Butala, confirming the same.

The actress expressed her disbelief over the shoot ending quickly and her happiness to have worked with the team. Rashmika is paired opposite Siddharth Malhotra in this Shantanu Bagchi directorial produced under RSVP Movies. Four days ago, actor Siddharth Malhotra shared a post which informed his fans about the commencement of the second schedule. The actor also revealed that it would be difficult for the movie to get a theatrical release in 2021. The movie is said to be a spy thriller based on real events set in the backdrop of the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War.

Rashmika Mandanna is currently filming for her second Hindi release Goodbye, in which she will share screen space with veterans Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta. She is also roped in for Allu Arjun’s Pushpa, in which she plays a character named Srivalli. Rashmika was last seen in the Karthi starrer Sulthan where she played Rukmani, a village girl. The actress gained fame with her roles in Vijay Devarakonda’s Geetha Govindham, Chalo and Dear Comrade.
