Sita Ramam director Hanu Raghavapudi has teamed up with Prabhas for his next film. Some reports have revealed the possible title of the project
Hanu Raghavapudi’s next film with pan-India star Prabhas has been doing the rounds on social media for quite a long time. Although the makers of the film are yet to officially announce the project, a few insider sources reveal that the film’s title will be made official soon! Yes, you heard that right. The latest speculations reveal that the film, which is currently in its production stage, has already shot three songs. The director recently revealed that the film will be based on historical fiction. Although an official confirmation is awaited, a few reports have also revealed the possible title of the project.
According to certain Telugu reports, the upcoming film is titled Fauji. Although the makers are yet to announce it officially, many fans believe the rumours to be true and that the makers might make an announcement any time soon!

Reports also suggest that the Sita Ramam director has roped in Mrunal Thakur as the female lead for the project. Mrunal Thakur, who made her Telugu film debut with Hanu’s blockbuster romantic drama Sita Ramam, is rumoured to be playing the love interest of Prabhas in this period film. Mrunal has a very good following, and most of the films in which she stars end up as big hits in Telugu. So, she was an obvious choice for the makers.

The discussions are at an advanced stage and we need to see if she comes on board for this project or not. Interestingly, Dulquer Salmaan is said to be making a cameo appearance in the film. More details about the upcoming project are yet to be unveiled.
Meanwhile, the Salaar star is currently busy with his most ambitious science-fiction dystopian film Kalki 2898 AD. He will also be seen in the romantic horror film The Raja Saab, and the second instalment of Salaar franchise, Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam as well as mythological film Kannappa.
