Is Leo a remake of A History of Violence?
Leo has been the subject of a lot of speculation since the project went on the floors. And the strongest of them all is this is a remake of the 2005 runway hit A History of Violence. Touted to be one of the greatest Hollywood films ever made, the movie was the big-screen adaptation of a graphic novel of the same name.
After the release of the trailer, many are now convinced Leo is the remake of A History of Violence. However, Lokesh remains unfazed, while refusing to give a direct answer about the movie's original source material.

"I have been reading about these things from the beginning. Is this movie based on this or the remake of that? Or whether or not Leo is part of LCU. But, I have not answered these questions because I don't want my responses to disturb the theatrical experience of the audience in any way. Let them watch it with a fresh mind. I will discuss all these things post the release," Lokesh said in an interview with Behindwoods.
