Powerhouse actor Manoj Bajpayee is making headlines again. And I decided that I will stick to this. Phir usme tweaking ye ki maine - fasting kabhi 12 ghante ka 14 ghante ka. I slowly started avoiding dinner completely. In fact, after lunch, the kitchen is non-operational. It only operates when our daughter is back from the hostel.”

Cut to Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai although the trailer has been received well, the Sant Shri Asharamji Charitable Trust sent a legal notice to makers, claiming that it’s Asaram Bapu that they are trying to portray as the godman in the Apoorv Singh Karki directorial. Apparently, PC Solanki was the same lawyer, who was instrumental in sending the 81-year-old self-styled godman to imprisonment. The trust has asked the courts to issue prohibitory orders against the promotion and release of the film.
Commenting on the same, Manoj told IndiaToday that the court verdict on the Asaram Bapu case is out. “So, once that is proved in the court of law, how can we be responsible for telling the story?,” he added. Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai is scheduled to start streaming on ZEE5 from May 23.
