Rajamouli's next with Mahesh Babu is one of the most awaited films in Telugu cinema. Post the success of RRR, everyone is waiting to see what Rajamouli has in store for us with his new film. It is a known fact that the film is an adventure thriller that will be made on a massive scale and the pre-production has already started on a massive scale.

Well, a few weeks ago, there was news that Rajamouli approached Akkineni Nagarjuna for a key role in the film. The news also revealed that Rajamouli met Nagarjuna and narrated the script and the star hero liked the story and gave his nod right away.

But we have now come to know that there is no truth in this news and Nagarjuna will not be seen in this film. In the past, Nagarjuna, in many of his interviews, has revealed that he is dying to work with Rajamouli and would love to do it even if it is a small role.

Rajamouli's films always have powerful actors in key roles and now, the news of Nagarjuna being approached by Rajamouli has made the fans happy. But sadly, that is not going to happen, says one of the sources. He adds that the discussions are still on with other stars and we need to see who will get to play the key role.

The casting of the film is on and Indonesian actress Chelsea Islan has already been roped in for a key role in the film. K L Narayana will be producing this biggie which will be launched in the second week of March with a special Pooja, as per the news.
