During Sunday's episode, Jovika was evicted from the Bigg Boss Tamil season 7. She was one of the firebrand contestants, who constantly made news due to her confrontational attitude, triggering heated discussions on various topics, that created ripples both within and outside the Bigg Boss house.

After her eviction, Jovika briefly reflected on her journey on the show spanning about 65 days. When the show's host Kamal Haasan asked to share their experience on the show, she described it as a major learning curve in her life.

"I learned a lot. I was wrong in many places and right in many places. But, I have that acceptance. So I will use all the lessons I learned here in my life in future," she told Kamal.

Jovika was the youngest contestant in this season of Bigg Boss Tamil. Her youth was perceived by some housemates as immature, which sort of made it difficult for her in the house to voice her opinions. And this image, seemingly put Jovika on a backfoot as she needed to speak at a higher volume than her little older contestants to get her points across.

Following her eviction, Jovika gave a brief interview to an online portal, where she revealed her lack of interest in winning the title prize of this season.

"I am very happy. I am not upset about my eviction. I also said before that I was glad that I was leaving the show during the 9th week. I didn't know what would happen hereafter in that house," Jovika said, suggesting that the confrontations and controversies could intensify as the season draws to an end.

Jovika was also accompanied by her mother Vanitha Vijayakumar during the interview. Vanitha appreciated her daughter for leaving the show on very good terms with all housemates and with a good reputation with viewers intact.

Jovika promised that she would issue several clarifications and warnings very soon in connection with controversies surrounding her stint at the show.
