The Rohit Sharma-led team will play the first warm-up game against Australia on October 17 while the second match is against New Zealand on October 19.

The T20 World Cup 2022 is all set to begin with teams playing warm-up games and Team India's T20 squad also began its prepartaion as they took on Western Australia in their second exhibition game.

As India is looking to fix their playing XI combination, pacer Arshdeep Singh, who is more than likely to be part of the squad, spotted a security guard run towards him holding a bat. It is said that a fan had sent the bat to him who requested the left-arm pacer's autograph on it.

Arshdeep agreed to sign the bat and a video of the same has since gone viral. The fan can be heard saying, "Thank you paaji (brother), love you. Legend."

Talking about the Indian side, their main pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out of the tournament owing to his injury.

The T20 World Cup 2022 will begin in Australia on October 16 and the Men in Blue have been training ahead of the marquee event.

The side will kick off their T20I World Cup campaign against arch-nemesis Pakistan in Melbourne on 23rd October.
