Arnold Schwarzenegger is like a super strong, movie-star version of your favourite gym teacher. He started his career by being the best bodybuilder ever, then became famous as an actor with the Terminator film series and Predator. He is even cooler than you can imagine! He loves teaching kids about hard work and good choices. Sometimes he does this through his movies too. For example, in his cult classic Kindergarten Cop, it shows kids important things like being brave and standing up for what's right. Arnold is like a real-life superhero who uses his intelligence to smarten up others as well.

Arnold's facing brutal realities

Interestingly, Arnold revealed many of his harsh realities in the book. One of them is about his biting a dead vulture. This incident occurred while filming Conan the Barbarian in 2010. The scene, where Conan (Jason Momoa) was tied up with a tree, and a vulture was following him, Arnold had to catch it and kill it. He recalled the scene in his book, and explained how many times he had to bite a dead vulture for retakes.

His hardship does not end here! Arnold also wrote about how he was pushed to do his own stunts, due to lack of body doubles. “Conan was brutal because there weren’t stunt guys big enough yet, so I had to crawl until my knees and elbows bled, get attacked by those dogs, and bite that real dead vulture. Luckily, lifting weights became popular, and muscular stunt guys became available”, Arnold wrote.

Arnold remembering his dangerous stunts

While remembering his most dangerous stunt, Arnold Schwarzenegger wrote about the scene in On Sixth Day, where he was swimming in a pool, and was supposed to come out the same place he went in, but shockingly he could not find the way, he ran out of air, and was almost drowning. “Luckily, my stunt double Billy Lucas realised what was happening and came in to save me”, Arnold stated.

While Arnold Schwarzenegger's life has had its ups and downs, it's ultimately a story of resilience and determination.
