Directed by Venkat Mohan, the upcoming film Hunter will be headlined by actor-choreographer Raghava Lawrence
Here’s another treat for Raghava Lawrence fans! The Tamil actor-choreographer has now announced his upcoming project titled Hunter, directed by Venkat Mohan. The makers also unveiled the poster from the film, featuring the silhouette of a hunter on top of a roaring tiger. The intriguing poster has garnered much attention from fans who cannot wait for the film to unravel on the screen. Interestingly, the poster also has a tagline, ‘The Battle for The Soul’. Overall, the poster promises to be a complete action drama, with the actor essaying a role similar to his character from Jigarthanda DoubleX.

Director Venkat Mohan, who has previously worked as an assistant director in films such as Vijay-starrer Kaththi, made his directorial debut with Vishal-starrer Ayogya. The film went on to do well and was a commercial success. The director has now teamed up with Goldmines films and Sathya Jyothi films for his upcoming directorial venture. The music for the film is scored by acclaimed composer Devi Sri Prasad. Written and directed by Venkat Mohan, the film is set to hit the big screens in the summer of 2025. Post the success of Jigarthanda DoubleX, the Tamil actor has been roped in to play the leading roles in several exciting projects. Earlier on Sunday, it was announced that the actor will be associating with director Lokesh Kanagaraj for his upcoming film Benz. Raghava Lawrence will be headlining the film, which will be written and helmed by filmmaker Bakkiyaraj Kannan. The director has previously made Remo and Sulthan. The movie is set to be Lokesh’s second production venture, under his home production house G Squad. Additionally, Raghava Lawrence will also be seen playing a pivotal role in Lokesh’s Thalaivar 171.
Meanwhile, the actor was last in Chandramukhi 2 which was directed by P Vasu, who had helmed the first instalment as well. The film was received poorly and failed at the box office.
