Housefull 5 becomes one of the most awaited Hindi films, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 doesn't change place despite Vidya Balan joining cast

Very recently, Kartik Aaryan announced that Vidya Balan has joined Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. However, that has not affected where the movie ranks among most awaited Hindi films. This is according to a list unveiled by Ormax Media for movies which were most awaited till February 15, 2024. It is to be noted that only movies which are releasing post April and whose trailer or any promo isn’t out, are considered.

Housefull 5 latest entrant

Housefull 5 is the latest entrant on the list. Sajid Nadiadwala had announced it long back but the movie came back in news with Mithun Chakraborty, who is a part of the film, being hospitalized. He plays the role of Ritesh Deshmukh's father in the movie.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 still fourth most loved

Despite the announcement of Vidya Balan being a part of the movie, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 did not come among the top three. The film is still the fourth most-awaited Hindi movie. It is to be noted that Vidya was a part of the original film and played the iconic Manjulika in that. Kartik announced that he and Vidya will be together by adding Aami Je Tomar in the background. This made many assume that Vidya is back as Manjulika but that might not be the case. Despite the curiosity, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 does not move from its spot.

So, which are top 3?

No brownie points for guessing that Hera Pheri 3, that brings Raju, Shyam and Babu Bhaiya back, is the still most awaited Hindi film. This is among a movie which is originally shot in Hindi and will release in the language. The most awaited otherwise is Pushpa 2: The Rise, featuring Allu Arjun in the lead role. Ayan Mukerji-Hrithik Roshan's collaboration film War 2, which is the next in YRF Spy Universe, is the third most awaited Hindi film.
