Hostel Daze 2 trailer: The comedy show is back with a bang with wilder, quirkier stories

The second season of the web show will stream from July 23 on Amazon Prime Video,

Hostel Daze 2 trailer is finally out, promising more fun and interesting insights into the lives of hostellers. The second instalment of this comedy-drama web series features The White Tiger fame Adarsh Gourav and Ahsaas Channa as the lead pair while Nikhil Vijay, Ranjan Raj, Ayushi Gupta and Shubham Gaur essay key roles.

The trailer starts with a voice-over, “Hostel is like a cute girlfriend, who is neither demanding nor complaining and four years of relationship is guaranteed." The character played by Nikhil Vijay, chats with a girl in his hostel room too. While Ankit and Akanksha’s (Adarsh and Ahsaas) relationship is progressing well, (then freshers and current) seniors are seen ragging students from a new batch. In the end, the boy gang offers relationship gyaan to a fellow hosteller.

Talking about the highly-anticipated show, Vijay Koshy, President, The Viral Fever, said in a statement that Hostel Daze chronicles the chaos, the friendships, the struggles that encapsulate the life of every hosteler in India through genuine characters, whom most of us have encountered in our lives. “We are delighted to collaborate with Amazon Prime Video for the second season of the show and further strengthen our partnership in bringing engaging homegrown stories,” he added.

Ahsaas, who goes by the name of ahsaassy_ on Instagram, shared the new trailer on her social handle and added, “Hostel Daze season 02 Trailer Wah life ho toh aisi. Kaisi? Hostel ke seniors jaisi! #HostelDaze ka naya season, streaming July 23rd.” The Girls Hostel actress tagged the directors, producer and writers in the post as well as her fellow actors from the web show.

Hostel Daze 2 will release on July 23 on Amazon Prime Video.
