Haricharan, Nutana Mohan have lent their voices to the number composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj and lyricised by Kittu Vissapragada
Maha Samudram, probably the biggest multistarrer of the season, starring Sharwanand, Siddharth, Aditi Rao Hydari, Anu Emmanuel, Jagapathi Babu, Rao Ramesh and ‘Garuda’ Ram in key roles, is slated for a theatrical release on October 14. The film is written and directed by Ajay Bhupathi and produced by Sunkara Ramabrahmam under AK Entertainments. A new song from the film, titled Hey Thikamaka Modale, was unveiled earlier today. Haricharan and Nutana Mohan have sung the number for which Kittu Vissapragada has penned the lyrics. Chaitan Bharadwaj is the composer of the album.
The song Hey Thikamaka Modale is all about the four lead characters falling in love with each other. Anu Emmanuel is cast as Sharwanand's love interest, while the other on-screen romance centres around Siddharth and Aditi Rao Hydari. The actors' chemistry is a delight to watch as they play lovestruck couples who have a ball roaming in and around the streets of Visakhapatnam and spending quality time together. The breezy number is a melodic delight and soothing to the senses, thanks to Haricharan and Nutana Mohan's honey-soaked voices, and Chaitan's catchy tune.
Kittu Vissapragada's lyrics are easy on the ears and have an impressive rhythm to them. Raj Thota's stellar cinematography is a significant contributor to the strong impact that the song leaves behind. The other songs from the film launched recently were Cheppake Cheppake and Hey Rambha Rambha. Maha Samudram is an action-packed gangster drama packaged with a bunch of power-hungry characters. The film's technical crew comprises editor KL Praveen, production designer Kolla Avinash and action director Venkat.
