Here's the massive project that director Pawan Kumar would be working on, after aha's Kudi Yedamaithe

U-Turn, Lucia filmmaker Pawan Kumar, who is all set to make his digital debut with aha's Telugu show Kudi Yedamaithe starring Amala Paul and Rahul Vijay, is next working on a massive Kannada project starring Puneeth Rajkumar in the lead role. Produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films (known for KGF, Salaar), the title of the film was announced as Dvitva (loosely translates to duality) earlier today. The film's regular shoot will commence this September, the makers said in a press statement.

Preetha Jayaraman cranks the camera for Dvitva, while Poorna Chandra Tejaswi (who has collaborated with Pawan Kumar for all of his movies) has been roped in as the composer. The film, the ninth project from Hombale Films, is a psychological thriller/drama in the making. The other details about the cast and crew will be revealed after the film goes on floors, the team mentioned.

The director, sharing a personal note on the film, added that he was working on the concept for a long time. Offering a sneak peek into the story, the filmmaker called this a tale of self-discovery and opined that the title truly reflects the identity of the film. Calling his regular collaborator, poster designer Adarsh an 'artist', Pawan expressed his happiness in releasing a poster that perfectly represents the character.
