Nayanthara’s Bollywood debut Jawan has been creating huge waves at the box office worldwide.
South diva Nayanthara, who recently made her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawan, was set to be cast in another hugely anticipated movie, produced by Leo director Lokesh Kanagaraj.
However, it has come to light that Nayanthara has decided to step away from the film, which has Chandramukhi 2 actor Raghava Lawrence, due to unknown reasons.
Nayanthara opts out of Raghava Lawrence film?
It appears that the film's storyline initially accommodated both Nayanthara and Lawrence, but now, with the Lady Superstar's departure from the project, the script is undergoing revisions.

Lokesh, who is not only producing but has also contributed to its screenplay, is expected to soon make an official announcement about the movie. Production is slated to kick off shortly thereafter.
Jawan juggernaut carries on at box office
Meanwhile, Nayanthara's Bollywood debut in ‘Jawan is still creating waves with its record-breaking success at the box office. Nayanthara plays a pivotal role in the film. Incidentally, she was initially cast as the antagonist opposite Shah Rukh Khan before being changed to his love interest, as per reports.
The film boasts a star-studded ensemble including Deepika Padukone in an extended cameo appearance, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Vijay Sethupathi, Riddhi Dogra and Sunil Grover. Released on September 7, the movie has amassed a staggering global box office collection exceeding Rs 1,100 crores till now. Jawan is expected to drop on Netflix on November 2, SRK’s birthday, according to reports.

Recently, the launch of Nayanthara's 75th film took place with a traditional pooja ceremony. This yet-to-be-titled project is a collaborative production effort involving ZEE Studios, Trident Arts and Naad Studios. The movie, written and directed by newcomer Nilesh Krishnaa, boasts a cast that includes Jai, Sathyaraj and Redin Kingsley in pivotal roles.
