Nawazuddin Siddiqui's ‘Haddi’ is a noir revenge drama directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma.
One of the most sought-after actors in the industry is Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Everyone was in awe when the Bollywood star posted the first picture from his forthcoming movie, Haddi, in which he portrays a transgender woman. Since the release of the initial glimpse, the Kick 2 star has been the topic of conversation. The actor once again astounded his fans by releasing another another still from the movie's set. In the picture, he is wearing a green saree. The actor appeared to be entirely unrecognisable as he displayed his glitzy, previously unseen persona while dressed as a woman.
Taking to his social media, Nawzuddin shared the picture and also reveals about his experience of interactions with real-life transgender women. Nawazuddin wrote, “From working with the transgender community on sets to playing one, the experience of shooting ‘Haddi’ has been surreal for @Nawazuddin._siddiqui #FromTheSetsOfHaddi #Haddi releasing in 2023. @akshat_ajay @piyushputy @zee5 @zeemusiccompany @zeecinema."

Nawazuddin has worked with more than 80 real transgender women to prepare for his role in the movie.
Nawaz previously admitted in an interview that his daughter was "very upset" when she saw him dressed as a woman. He also made a joke about now understanding why actresses take longer to come out from their vanity van.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui additionally disclosed that he will be portraying two characters in the film: a woman and a transgender person. “It’s just been a couple of days. We have started the shoot of Haddi in Noida. It’s a revenge drama. I will be portraying two roles in the film — I play a woman and a transgender. These are two separate parts, it’s a double role," the actor said.
Nawaz starrer ‘Haddi’ is a noir revenge drama which is directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma. The film is all set to release in 2023.
