Actor Dhanush, who recently announced a biopic on Ilaiyaraaja, is one of the busiest actors in town. The actor, who is simultaneously working in Kubera and Raayan, had also announced his third directorial Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam with a young cast. The music for the film has been scored by GV Prakash, who recently opened up about collaborating with Dhanush and revealed the key details of the film's score.
What did GV Prakash say?
GV Prakash, who has scored for Dhanush-starrers like Captain Miller, Aadukalam and Mayakkam Enna, will be scoring for the actor’s upcoming directorial Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam. Speaking about working with the actor, GV Prakash said in an interview, “After a long time, I have scored a young album with Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam and it will appeal to the 2k kids. Dhanush has written the lyrics, and collaborating with him on his concept and thoughts, has left me excited. In fact, we are confused about which single we should release first. All the four songs have come out nice.”
The musician also revealed that he has made a cameo appearance in one of the songs and further talked about his friendship with Dhanush. “We have years of friendship and we are each other's 1am friend. We talk on a range of topics. We trust each other. Composing for Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam was very quick. We decide on a day, cancel other programmes and he too is a quick person to work with. He comes with the concept and lyrics, and we have this healthy competition on who will come up with the tunes. As a director, he is very clear and set,” GV Prakash added.
About Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam
Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam is Dhanush’s third directorial after the upcoming Raayan and Paa Pandi. The film has a young set of actors, including Mathew Thomas, Priya Prakash Varrier, Anikha Surendran, Rabiya Khatoon, Pavish V, Ramya Ranganathan and Venkatesh Menon.

The film is produced by Wunderbar Films. A release date for the film has yet to be announced by the makers.
