GV Prakash Kumar turns producer with Kingston; SR Prabhu, Kalaippuli Thanu welcome him to the club

Music composer and actor GV Prakash Kumar has taken his plunge into production with his 25th film, Kingston. The film, directed by Kamal Prakash, has Divya Bharathi in the lead, who had earlier shared screen space with GV Prakash in Bachelor.

The composer shared his excitement about the same and took to his social media page to say that his dream has come true. His post read, "A dream comes true. Thanks ulaganayagan @ikamalhaasan sir for launching #GV25 produced by my own company @ParallelUniPic along with @zeestudiossouth directed by   @storyteller_kp .stay tuned for tomorrow..(sic)."

Producers welcome the ace music composer to the club
A slew of producers, including Pa Ranjith, SR Prabhu and Kalaippuli Thanu have welcomed the composer in the style. Wishing him all success, Kalaippuli Thanu wrote that GV Prakash would gain fame in his innings as producer.

Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainment was all praise for the film's poster. He wrote, "Best wishes to @gvprakash bro for debuting as a producer with #Kingston. The poster design and scale gives us an idea about your ambition. Wishing this to be a big blockbuster & you produce many more films #GV25 (sic)."

SR Prabhu welcomed him to the producers' club with his post that read, "Welcome to the producers club brother!! Wishing you the best to make more and more quality films and launch great talents (sic)!!!

Yogi Babu pens a script for GV Prakash

Yogi Babu wished him success on his debut film. He wrote, "Wish you very successful debut venture for my dearest beloved brother @gvprakash It will be a memorable outing for you always my prayers with you .and waiting for this massive movie  also. Iam writing  script  for our second  project  starring you as a #hero #me as a #scriptwriter cum #actor my dear brother @gvprakash. All the   for second project also (sic)."
