Guns & Gulaabs first look: Rajkummar Rao brings his A-game in the 90s avatar

The Netflix series also features Dulquer Salmaan and Adarsh Gourav in the lead roles.

After teasing from the sets of his upcoming Netflix series, Rajkummar Rao's first look from Guns & Gulaabs is finally out. The talented actor is seen posing straight from the 90s with a long hairdo and sipping cola. Rajkummar is seen giving an intense look, and his photo will make you excited for the series helmed by Raj and DK.

While sharing the first look, the actor captioned it as "So thrilled to announce the first look of my first Netflix series, #GunsAndGulaabs. Because I’m coming to bring the fire in my 90s avatar! Brace yourself for an exciting adventure filled with crime, love, and dhamakedaar punchlines. Guns & Gulaabs is a story about love and innocence set in a world of crime, inspired by the world's misfits. The project is designed to combine a romance from the 1990s with a crime thriller, all while maintaining a sense of humour.

Raj and DK stated that the series and their work with Netflix have always been pioneering services, producing consistently cutting-edge material, The director-duo is ecstatic to be working with the streaming platform on their latest project. Cinema Bandi, their independent gem, had a fantastic run on Netflix last year. Now, on their first Netflix series, Guns & Gulaabs Raj and DK are looking forward to wider cooperation. They are extremely excited to release this wicked genre mix with some of the country's best cast and crew.

Written by Suman Kumar, Raj and DK, and Sumit Arora, the series features Dulquer Salmaan, Adarsh Gourav, Gulshan Deviah, and others in the lead roles.
