Bollywood actor Gulshan Grove has opened up about his experience of working with Kamal Haasan in Indian 2.
Bollywood actor Gulshan Grove is playing a key role in the upcoming multilingual movie Indian 2, which stars Kamal Haasan in the lead role. Gulshan has revealed that he had a lavish song sequence in the film, which "was one of the most expensive songs ever shot on a villain." He noted that the song was shot in multiple foreign locations and featured models, singers, and dancers.
He has described Kamal as one of the "finest actors in India."

Gulshan Grove seems to play the main antagonist in the movie, which has been in production for nearly 3 years now. The much-awaited sequel to the 1996 blockbuster was stuck in production limbo due to various reasons. The production came to a grinding halt in February 2020 after a freak accident on the sets that killed three crew members. Kamal and Shankar, who were present at the spot, had later revealed that they managed to escape just by a whisker. The Covid-induced lockdown threw a wrench into the production. And later Shankar had a fallout with Lyca Productions. The two were engaged in a few court battles and it seemed Indian 2 could never see the light of day.
As Indian 2 remained in cold storage, Shankar moved on to direct Ram Charan in the big-budget political drama Game Changer and Kamal produced and acted in Vikram.
