Manoj Bajpayee has also observed a lot of folks who post something on Twitter and then act in the exact opposite way at work
Nepotism has long been a topic of discussion in the Bollywood industry. Over the years, a number of filmmakers, most notably Karan Johar, have been accused of favouring star kids. Some people don't hesitate to discuss the N-word in public, although many people prefer to keep such conversations private. Manoj Bajpayee, a National Award-winning actor, is an example of an actor who never holds back when sharing his opinions on any subject.
In an interview with ANI, the Satya actor talked about the controversy over nepotism. He claimed that it is a pointless argument. Manoj said that in the Indian film industry, the debate against nepotism is useless. Most of the time, it has to do with the relationships and connections one forges. One wants to collaborate with someone more if one feels comfortable around them. Let it be if someone wishes to replace him in the movie with a relative. Manoj explained that since it is their choice, they can act as they like.
He added that the film exhibition is the major issue. Often, exhibitors are prejudiced. Give him at least 25 of the 100 screens they are giving them. Manoj inquired whether they would be completely reliant on them. One wants to establish themselves more the stronger they are.
The actor added that seeking fairness from one sector of the economy is improper. He has observed a lot of folks who post something on Twitter and then act the exact opposite way at work, which leads to a contradiction. Finally, Manoj said that one should ask for justice to live a fair life in all aspects.
The actor, who is from Bihar, is a perfect example of how an outsider may succeed in the film business. Years of hard work, small wins, big failures, and, most importantly, a never-give-up attitude led to his current fame.
