Gullak's fourth season is set for an OTT premiere this week. Shreyansh Pandey's web show has struck a chord with the audience since its inception. People found the story of the Mishra family, a middle-class family in a small town, and their daily lives relatable. As Gullak 4 will be released on June 7 on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium, the makers have been releasing new promos to keep the buzz alive. The latest promo for Gullak 4 is all about Harsh Mayar, aka Aman's, antics.

Gullak 4 promo ft. Santosh and Aman

The promo for Gullak 4 begins with Harsh Mayar, aka Aman's, transformation across the seasons. Despite failing to concentrate on his studies, he becomes a school topper. It was followed by an astrologer predicting that Aman would do something big in life. However, tables turn upside down once Aman enters his adulting phase. Without further ado, check out the latest promo for Gullak 4 here:

Enjoy 23 OTTs like SonyLIV, Zee5, Fancode, Lionsgateplay & 19 more OTTs and 250+ Live TV Channels at just ₹75.

From not greeting his neighbour Bittu Ki Mummy (Sunita Rajwar) to becoming stubborn, Aman seems to have changed as a person. That's probably the reason his on-screen father, Santosh Mishra, played by Jameel Khan, says, "Barbaad ho raha hai."

Jameel Khan's on 'thanda' response to Gullak season one

In an exclusive chat with OTTplay, Jameel Khan admitted that the audience response to Gullak's first season wasn't very exciting. "Yes, (response to) first season thoda sa thanda tha because OTT was a new medium at that point. Although I am not very active on social media, whatever little I saw on it, the second season onwards (the love) started pouring in, and it just multiplied with every season," he said.

According to Khan, Team Gullak got lucky as the second season was released during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since people were at home at the time, they had more time to watch content on OTT, and Gullak was one of them. The actor felt his series reached a wide audience.
