Krushna Abhishek could not visit Govinda in the hospital despite the actor being admitted after accidental gunfire.
Govinda, Krushna Abhishek
Not too long ago, Govinda and his actor-nephew Krushna Abhishek ended their long-standing feud and gave each other a warm hug. The two were not on talking terms and had a public fallout, after which they sorted things out publicly too. Krushna's wife meeting the actor after he accidentally shot himself early morning on Tuesday, October 1, was further proof that all is well between them. However, Krushna's absence raised further speculation among netizens of whether the nephew and uncle have differences again. Krushna has now spoken to the media about his absence while sharing Govinda's health update. Here's what he said...
Krushna Abhishek is not in the country. He confirmed to Hindustan Times that he's in Australia, and thus, he could not visit his uncle in person to check on him.

Krushna also confirmed that Govinda is fine now and will be discharged in a few days. Govinda’s actor-niece Ragini Khanna further mentioned that according to what she learned from her mother and brother who visited Govinda in the hospital, the actor is still in ICU. The doctors have treated him and the actor is resting, on his way to recovery.
Krushna Abhishek's wife Kashmera Shah visited Govinda in the hospital on their behalf. She got papped while entering the venue and checking in on her uncle-in-law. However, Kashmera refrained from giving the media any statement in the matter.
Govinda accidentally shot himself in the leg and lost a lot of blood while trying to place his licensed gun back in his cupboard. The actor was leaving for Kolkata, and around 4.45 am, the incident took place. He was instead rushed to the hospital for immediate treatment.
While sharing a health update for his fans, Govinda had confirmed that the bullet has been removed. He thanked the doctors and fans for praying for his good health. “Namaskar, Pranam. I am Govinda. With the blessings of all of you and the blessings of my parents, and by the grace of my Guru, I was shot, but the bullet has been removed. I thank the doctor here, respected Dr. Garwal, and I thank all of you for your prayers,” he said in the audio note released.
