Good Bad Ugly, the highly anticipated Ajith Kumar starrer is nearing final stages of its filming. The Adhik Ravichandran driectorial is slated to be released in January 2025.
Ajith Kumar, who usually takes long breaks between his releases, is set to treat his fans with two back-to-back releases, Vidaamuyarchi and Good Bad Ugly very soon. The upcoming quirky action flick, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, is gearing up for a January 2025 release. As per the reports, the much-awaited project is now nearing the final stages of its filming. The new schedule of Ajith Kumar’s ambitious film reportedly started rolling in Spain, recently.
If the recent updates are to be believed, the Good Bad Ugly team has finally resumed the shooting of the film, after a short break. Ajith Kumar, director Adhik Ravichandran, and their team reportedly kickstarted the new schedule of the action-packed film in Valencia, Spain. Along with leading man Ajith, the rest of the cast members including Prasanna, who recently joined the team, and Trisha Krishnan, who plays the female lead in the film, are a part of the Spain schedule.

Even though the makers have not officially announced the star cast yet, the rumours suggest that Premalu actor Naslen K Gafoor is making his Tamil debut with the Adhik Ravichandran film. Karthikeya Dev, the young actor who played Prithviraj Sukumaran’s younger version in Prabhas starrer Salaar, is also rumoured to be a part of the team. Senior Telugu actor Sunil and cinematographer-actor Natty aka Natarajan Subramaniam, Redin Kingsley, and ‘Doctor’ duo Raghu Ram and Rajiv Lakshman, are also a part of the Good Bad Ugly cast. More updates on the same are expected to be revealed soon.

Earlier, it was reported that the release of Good Bad Ugly might get pushed to summer of 2025, after Vidaamuyarchi, the other upcoming project of Ajith Kumar, got delayed. However, the recent updates suggest that the Magizh Thirumeni directorial will hit the theatres in November 2024. In that case, the Adhik Ravichandran film will get a global release during the Pongal season of next year (January 2025), as planned before. The makers are expected to announce the release date officially, once the filming is finished.
