The first season of Sahana Dutta’s Gobhir Joler Mach was a success on Hoichoi. Now the second season is on its way. The shooting is expected to take place in the next few months and the show may finally get released next year.

The first season involves four actresses – Ushasi Ray, Swastika Dutta, Trina Saha, and Ananya Sen. Ananya’s character dies in the first season and the other three characters and their husbands become suspects in the investigation.

Now Trina has confirmed that she will opt out from the second season. “I had a word with Sahanadi and others. I am occupied during the time they seek for the shooting – in the next few months. I am on a project that needs my complete attention right now,” said the actress.

Gobhir Joler Mach delves into the lives of four friends and how they handle their homes and the outside world. These young women get into a dangerous game when they jokingly swapped their husbands among themselves. Sahana’s production house Missing Screw is producing the series, which will be shown on Hoichoi.
