ZEE5 – a popular OTT platform – today announced the world digital premiere of ‘Ghoomer’. With a motivational storyline, the movie features a stellar cast of Shabana Azmi, Abhishek Bachchan, Saiyami Kher, Angad Bedi, and a special appearance by megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Helmed by filmmaker R. Balki, Ghoomer is all set to arrive on OTT on November 10 exclusively on ZEE5.

Crafted by Hope Film Makers and Saraswati Entertainment, the film 'Ghoomer' unfolds as an emotionally rich narrative with multiple layers. In this cinematic journey, actress Saiyami Kher embodies the character of Anina Dixit, a gifted cricketer whose aspirations are shattered by a tragic accident, resulting in the loss of her right arm. Paddy (portrayed by actor Abhishek Bachchan), a former test cricketer, steps in as her coach, guiding her transformation into the first-ever one-armed spinner and propelling her to represent the Indian National Team. With unconventional training methods and the invention of a unique Ghoomer bowling style, the coach instills newfound hope in Anina, enabling her to defy the odds and earn another chance at success. 'Ghoomer' beautifully illustrates the resilience of individuals in overcoming adversity and seizing opportunities for triumph.
